Return & Exchange Policy – Nectarine Ayurveda
At Nectarine Ayurveda, your satisfaction matters. We understand that occasionally
things don’t go as expected, so we offer a simple and fair exchange policy for damaged or
incorrect products.
1. Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange only if:
• The product has been damaged in transit, or
• You received a wrong product different from what you ordered.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used. Exchanges are not
available for change of mind, preference, or opened products.
2. Timeframe to Request
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
(We may ask for additional photos or details to verify the issue before approving
the exchange.)
3. How to Request an Exchange
To start the exchange process:

or message us on WhatsApp/Customer Support Number.
2. Include your order details and photos showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.
4. Exchange Process
Once your exchange is approved:
• We will share instructions on how to send the damaged or incorrect product back
(if required).
• The correct product will be shipped to you as soon as possible at no additional
product cost.
• If a replacement is no longer available, we will offer you a suitable alternative or
store credit.
5. Important Information
• Products must be exchanged in the same condition as received for eligibility.
• Damage to packaging alone (without damage to the product itself) may not
qualify.
• Returns or exchanges are not available for:
◦ Used products
◦ Change of mind
◦ Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
